The fishmaster of the legendary Sea Fortuna, Jose Wahoohabay, has called for an inventory to determine how far and wide our gear is spread over this great land. Post your gear list below.

  1. Andrew's inventory: 1) 3 114 H's (wow - I didn't realize we had so many. I also have the 113's but don't know if we need those) 2) One Penguin 105 D spinning reel (which makes a very eery whining noise when unwound quickly by large sharks of Indian Key at 2 am) 3) Box of squids, feathers, a bit cedar plug, some cork bobbers and a large pink lady 4) A box of slider sinkers, pyramid sinkers and three metal bomber lures 5) A waste strap fighting belt and (drum role please 6) Two legendary outrovers.

  2. Update. I found a bag full of small feathers in my dad's garage - left over from his Bahamas tag-a-long. 15 small feathers include pink ladies, blue, yellow and black. Good stuff for pitching and catching bait yes?

  3. Man am I glad to see the gear you've got Andy. I was wondering where the other 114 HLW was and had searched all over for the plugs you have. The only thing that I'm having a hard time finding is the Baitrunner.

  4. I've got a box of 11/0 Eagle Claw O'Shaughnessy hooks. There are probably about 75 left in the box. I've also got a Nautilus CCF 12 reel with a floating line & an extra spool with a sink tip (intermediate sink running line) to pair with Kitz's new 12 wt fly rod Can you say Dorado & small Sails, Tuna or Striped Marlin?
    "Walks with Thunder".

  5. Who has a really good digital still and video camera? FYI Kitz - we try and take all the pics and video on one set of cameras and then burn DVDs for everyone. That way we each have every picture. Anyone?

  6. Good news, the Baitrunner has been found. My dad took it to HI with him last year. Bad news, the Okuma is pretty stiff from rust. I guess that's what you get with a cheap reel.
Andy, I have a great digital still camera, but I think the video camera I have shot the action on the Lady Jane.
